The Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School Class of 2015 will be graduating this weekend, and commencement exercises will be held on the high school campus for the first time in many years.
Residents and guests should expect some traffic congestion in the area of the high school (on Bay Road/Route 1A) before and after graduation, according to Hamilton Police Lt. Scott Janes.
The commencement exercises start at noon on Sunday, June 7.
“There will be detail officers assisting with traffic on Bay Road and staffing the high school parking lots directing traffic in the school lots,” Janes said.
There will also be “no parking” areas posted along Bay Road so that the normal flow of traffic can be maintained on Bay Road during the event.
