It is more than a month away, but now is the time to save the date for one of the top family-friendly events of the fall in Hamilton – Pumpkin Fest.
Hamilton-Wenham Recreation Director Sean Timmons said Pumpkin Fest will happen on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015 starting at 12:30 p.m. at the Hamilton Public Safety Building on Bay Road.
There will be activities and events running throughout the afternoon and organizers are working out all the details now.
In the past, the event has started with pumpkin carving and ended with a pumpkin illumination around Weaver Pond across the street at Patton Park.
The event has also previously included face painting, games, arts and crafts, a DJ and costume dance party, costume parade and hayrides. Stay tuned to the Hamilton town blog, Town of Hamilton Facebook page or the Hamilton-Wenham Recreation Department Facebook page.
