Everyone needs some time to play – including adults. That’s the mantra behind the Coloring for Adults program at Hamilton-Wenham Public Library. It meets on Monday evenings from 5-8 p.m. on the second floor. It is free and open to all.

According to the book “The Psychological Case for Play” by Jared Keller, the only thing that’s changed with play is the stigma.
“We associate play with childhood, and therefore ‘playing’ with childishness; Play can relieve stress, boost creativity, improve brain function and improve our relationships with other people,” according to the book.
