The deadline is Tuesday, March 1 to notify the Hamilton Town Clerk’s office if you wish to have your property excluded from pesticide spraying during the upcoming year.
The attached form should be sent via certified mail by March 1. The exclusion will be effective from April 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017.
A “Request for Exclusion for Application of Pesticide” form is available online or at the Board of Health Office at Hamilton Town Hall, 577 Bay Road on the second floor. State Mosquito Control regulations say no forms or letters will be accepted after March 1.
