It was a busy month in March for real estate transactions in Hamilton.
A total of 11 homes changed hands during the month, averaging a sale price of $614,500, according to data from the Hamilton Board of Assessors.
The board tracks arms-length sales as part of its process to keep tabs on assessed values in Hamilton.
The sale prices ranged from $270,000 for a home at 186 Echo Cove Road to $1.5 million for a home at 34 Autumn Lane. The 11 transactions made March the busiest month for home sales in Hamilton since August 2015.
