Any Hamilton resident that is interested in serving on the Board of Health should submit an “Appointment for Board/Committee Application” found on the Town of Hamilton website and a resume, if possible and send it to the Board of Health Office, P.O. Box 429, Hamilton, MA 01936 or e-mail it to nstevens@hamiltonma.gov.

Anyone with questions should call 978-468-5579.
