More than 100 voters cast their ballot in Hamilton on the first ever day of early voting on Monday, according to Hamilton Town Clerk Andrea Carlson.
“It seems to be going great,” she said. “So far, everybody is happy with the process.”
A total of 126 voters cast a ballot of Monday in Hamilton, she said.
Early voting for the general election started on Monday, Oct. 24 at the Town Clerk’s office in Hamilton Town Hall and is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays through Friday, Nov. 4.
This will be the first election in Massachusetts where voters will be able to cast their ballots before Election Day. Any registered voter is eligible to vote early.
