A revised trash collection calendar has been released, covering the remainder of 2016.
The calendar has been revised after the town selected a new trash hauler, Casella, after the previous hauler, Hiltz Waste Management, ended its contract with the town.
The new calendar reflects a recent change to collect trash, recycling and organics weekly, with blue bags available for additional trash that does not fit in the town-issued black trash barrel.
It also includes a reminder that if your trash, recycling or organics aren’t collected to call Casella at 978-548-4427.
The upcoming holidays, when trash collection will be delayed by a day that week, include Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Electronics waste collection days, curbside leaf collection and brush drop off dates are all also included on the newly revised calendar, which is available on the town website.
